Methods for healthy cooking
 
 
We all know that healthy cooking has certain rules and it is considered an exciting art for ages. Healthy and delicious food can be prepared by adding some simple modifications by cooking as follows:
  • replacement of full fat milk with low fat milk
  • removal of skin and fatty parts of chicken and meat before cooking
  • choosing low fat cheese instead of full fat and hard cheese
  • using little salt or using spices instead of salt
  • using vegetable oils instead of other kinds of oils
  • boiling vegetables with little gravy instead of using butter or oil and using less time for cooking to keep it's nutritional value 
  • cooking meat and fish by boiling or by oven instead of frying 
  • after boiling meat and chicken, leave gravy to cool down and then remove excess fat found on surface with a spoon
  • not using mayonnaise or sauces having high content of fat
  • using non stick utensils to minimize the use of oil during cooking
  • eating fresh fruits instead of eating desserts having high content of fat and calories 
  • providing fresh fruits and all bran bread on all meals since they contain fibers
  • avoid using tomato paste and replace it with fresh tomato juice or you can steam chicken and fat free meat adding spices, onion, parsley, and carrots according to the need
  • using as little as possible of sugar and nuts and it is preferable to have fruits instead of desserts
