Eat Healthy and Lighten Up
  • Try eating 20% less than your usual portion.
     
  • Make sure your meals are diverse and offer all necessary nutrition.
     
  • Eat regularly. Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger, often resulting in overeating.
     
  • Eat healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables when you feel hungry.
     
  • Reduce fat like butter, cream, mayonnaise in your meals and use low fat dairy products.
     
  • Eat carbohydrate moderately – rich food for satiation.
     
  • Drink sufficiently. Recommended are mineral water, fruit teas, diluted fruit juices. Soft drinks are not recommended.
     
  • Eat consciously, slowly and only if you are really hungry.
     
  • Include fruit and vegetables in all of your meals
     
  • Eat fish regularly and not too much meat.
     
  • Avoid sleeping right after meals. Allow at least two hours for your food to digest before sleeping.
